On Thursday, July 31, at 9:10 p.m., police responded to a residence in the Ocean House Road area for a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival police met with both parties, one of whom was intoxicated. Suitable arrangements were made for the night.
Missing money
On Friday, Aug. 1, at 7:15 a.m., police met with a resident of the Scott Dyer Road area regarding a motor vehicle burglary complaint. Missing from the vehicle is some change and a purse. At 6:50 p.m., police spoke with a resident of the Scott Dyer Road area regarding a motor vehicle burglary complaint. Money is missing from the vehicle.
Bike theft
On Friday, Aug. 1, at 3:20 p.m., police spoke with a resident of the old Ocean House Road area regarding the theft of a black mountain bike valued at $300.
More missing money
On Sunday, Aug. 3, at 4:04 p.m., police met with a resident of the Broad Cove area regarding theft of money from the caller’s purse.
Reckless driver
On Sunday, Aug. 3, at 10:08 p.m., police received a report of a vehicle driving recklessly on Ocean House Road. The vehicle was located and stopped and a witness statement was obtained. The case will be forwarded to the district attorney’s office for review.
Possible tresspass
On Thursday, Aug. 7, police met with a resident of the Broad Cove area regarding a possible trespass complaint. A suspect has been identified. The complainant will complete a statement and the case will be reviewed by the district attorney’s office.
Possible harassment
On Thursday, Aug. 7, police met with a resident of the Two Lights Road area regarding a possible harassment complaint. The complainant will write a statement to be reviewed by the district attorney’s office.

On Monday, Aug. 11, at 9:09 a.m., police responded to a residence in the Scott Dyer Road area for a domestic disturbance. Police met with both parties involved and advised them of available options.

Fire/Rescue
Between Aug. 5 and Aug. 11, the Cape Elizabeth Fire Department transported six people to Maine Medical Center and one person to Mercy Hospital.
On Aug. 5 at 2:03 p.m., the fire department responded to an alarm malfunction on Scott Dyer Road.
On Aug. 7 at 12:55 p.m. the fire department responded to a fire alarm on Scott Dyer Road.
On Aug. 7 at 6:55 p.m. the fire department responded to a water problem on Stonegate Road.
