WINDHAM – Pizza and fun went hand-in-hand last Thursday night during the Sebago Lake Rotary Club’s fourth annual Pizza Challenge, which was held at the former Fashion Bug location in North Windham.

Taking home the overall winner’s prize was Crazy Stallion Pizza Pie Factory in Naples, which is part of the Umbrella Factory supermarket. Crazy Stallion also earned Most Creative Pizza.

Best Crust went to Maine Street Grill in Standish; Best Meat Lovers went to Corsetti’s in Windham Center, and Best Veggie went to Portland Pie Company.

According to organizers, the event drew about 350-400 people attended and nearly $4,000 was raised. Proceeds help the club donate to local charities as well as an upcoming food drive.

Turnout was strong at the Pizza Challenge, held at the former Fashion Bug location in North Windham.
