A barbecue and a trip to the theater are among upcoming activities for Scarborough senior citizens through the Senior WOW program. The schedule includes:

Wednesday: Senior WOW Fall Kickoff Barbecue at Memorial Park with entertainment by Jose Duddy, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Admission is free but registration is required by calling Community Services at 730-4150.

Thursday, Sept. 18: Out to Lunch Bunch Group 1 meets at 12:30 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 18: Senior WOW Night at Lyric Theater for “Will Rogers Follies,” at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $5. Transportation provided from Town Hall at 6:30 p.m. Call Ginny at 883-9006 to sign up.

Friday, Sept. 12: Bingo at Hillcrest Community Center, 108 Hillcrest Ave., from 11:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. $2 to play.
