Tim Daigle of South Portland has received the Rehab Service award from the New England Rehabilitation Hospital, where he works as the nutrition manager of the Brighton Campus in Portland. Daigle received the award from Jeanine Chesley, chief executive officer at the New England Rehabilitation Hospital, during the hospital’s resent Employee Appreciation banquet. The Rehab Service Award spotlights an employee with new and innovative ideas to improve patient care. During his time with the hospital, Daigle has demonstrated “a strong work ethic, good communication skills and a commitment to teamwork, along with the drive to the right thing right on a consistent and sustained basis,” according to a hospital press release.
