The Westbrook American reported on Feb. 19, 1958, that Mrs. George Harnois was honored in her new home on Monroe Avenue in Westbrook with a housewarming that included a buffet lunch given by her associates at the Sebago Moc Company.

Also in Westbrook, the sixth-grade boys scoring 42 points were winners in Forest Street School’s annual winter carnival and fifth-grade boys finished second with 17 points. The events were held on Reindeer and Suicide hills.
