The Gym Dandies Children’s Circus from Scarborough participated in the National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade in Washington, D.C., last weekend.

The parade, which was held on April 16, runs for 10 blocks in the heart of the capital, from the National Archives to the Washington Monument.

In addition to the Gym Dandies, the parade also featured giant balloons, elaborate floats, marching bands from across the country and celebrity entertainers, who all took part in what’s been dubbed the “nation’s premier springtime parade.”
