Firefighters from a number of York County departments fought a blaze at a home on Route 111 in Arundel, just slightly west of the intersection of Route 111 and New Road, around mid-day Friday. Traffic was routed onto side roads around that section of Route 111 until late afternoon. The cause of the blaze remains undetermined.
