Baked haddock is served up in Sanford, as shown here, and in Saco at special suppers during the Lenten season. In Sanford, the Knights of Columbus sponsor the Friday night suppers, with proceeds going to various charitable causes, while in Saco, a team of volunteers host the suppers, also on Fridays, to benefit St. James School.
