OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Bonnie M. Howard, 66, o of Old Orchard Beach died May 17, 2015. A celebration of Bonnie’s life will be held at the Two Lights State Park covered picnic site in Cape Elizabeth, on Sunday, Sept. 20 at noon.
