Williams, who is studying biomedical engineering at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, was one of 18 graduating seniors who received a $1,000 Poland Spring Good Science Scholarship earlier this year.
Good Science Scholarships are awarded annually to Maine high school seniors planning to pursue post-secondary education in life science, physical science, earth science, engineering or environmental science or policy.
Since 2007, Poland Spring has awarded $198,000 in scholarships to graduating seniors in Maine.
