OLD ORCHARD BEACH — A 14-year-old juvenile was summonsed on Aug. 18 and charged with possession of marijuana.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Leslie Wilson, 29, of 2320 Grand Concourse, Apt. 4k, Bronx, New York, was summonsed on Aug. 19 and charged with possession of marijuana.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Jason Smith, 29, of 574 Main St., South Portland, was summonsed on Aug. 23 and charged with possession of marijuana.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Francesco Coletti, 40, of 16 Thirteenth St., was summonsed on Aug. 24 and charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Dillon Frechette, 20, of 609 Pleasant St., Norway, was summonsed on Aug. 28 and charged with possession of marijuana.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Cynthia Deangelo, 49, of 23 Francis St., North Reading, Massachusetts, was summonsed on Aug. 29 and charged with possession of marijuana.
ALCOHOL VIOLATIONS
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Guillaume Roy-Fortin, 33, of 7914 Rue LaJeunesse, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, was summonsed on Aug. 20 and charged with drinking in public.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Benjamin Hogan, 18, of 210 Jaffrey St., Weymouth, Massachusetts, was summonsed on Aug. 22 and charged with minor possessing liquor and minor having false identification.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Nicholas Tosoni, 18, of 27 Lyman Terrace, South Hadley, Massachusetts, was summonsed on Aug. 22 and charged with minor possessing alcohol.
