ARUNDEL — A 47-year-old local man has been arrested and charged with reckless conduct after he allegedly threatened his spouse with a firearm.
The alleged incident took place 4:20 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Log Cabin Road. York County Sheriff Bill King said the man’s wife had fled the home before deputies arrived.
They cordoned off the area and eventually Matthew Cluff emerged from the home and was arrested. He was charged with reckless conduct and held without bail. Cluff was scheduled to make an initial court appearance today.
At 7:30 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to a report of a domestic dispute on the Hooper Road in Shapleigh. King said when they arrived the primary aggressor had departed and the investigation is ongoing
