Kennebunk Rams
Coach/Years: Kortney Nedeau (1st year)
Last Year’s Results: 6-9 overall; lost in first round of Class A playoffs
Key Returners: Ally King (P/IF), Meg Dube (P/IF), Gabby Harrison (IF/C)
Key Newcomers: Britney Gregoire (C/IF), Lindsey Gregoire (IF), Kylie Defeo (P/IF), Sydney Waitt (P/IF)
Coach’s outlook: The team is in the process of rebuilding confidence in the players, coaching staff and developing the program as a whole. Kennebunk has always been overlooked in softball and sort of been assumed an easy game for opponents. We have so much knowledge and individual skill sets, great leadership potential and a phenomenal group of young talent. If we are able to bring everything together then we should surpass any player’s goal or team goal that these girls have set out for themselves.
Massabesic Mustangs

Key Returners: Alyssa Wardwell, Renee Dugas, Bayleigh Simes, Sarah Howe, Olivia Ducharme
Key Newcomers: Kyra Cartwright, Morgan Houk, Sophia LaFrance, Hannah Mooers
Key Losses: Abby Greenleaf, Bailey Ohman, and Alex Staples.
Outlook: Starting new as varsity coach (previous two years as first team coach), general goal is to build team cohesion and create a “we before me” mindset. We are young, but playoffs are a reasonable goal.
Old Orchard Beach Seagulls

Key Losses: Morgan Fogg(SS), Sam Fecteau (2B)
Coach’s outlook: We have many girls that are competing for playing time this spring. We are a young team with only one senior. Our success is going to be based on our ability to play together and adjust to our competition in a very competitive league.
Thornton Academy Golden Trojans
Coach: John Provost
Last Year’s Results: Western Maine Class A Champions
Key Returners: Bailey Tremblay, Kaylee Burns, Libby Pomerleau, Brooke Cross, Kiera Fitzgerald

Coach’s outlook: With almost a whole new set of faces on the field, we are working hard towards becoming a confident and competitive team. The process may require some patience, but our goal remains the same, which is to play well enough to make the post-season, and be playing our best softball when that time comes.
