Sanford High School to hold public forum on athletic facilities

The Sanford High School and Regional Technical Center building committee will hold a public forum on outside athletic facilities Monday, April 6 at 7 p.m. at the Sanford High School cafetorium. The building committee will be seeking public input on field lighting, irrigation, concession stands, dugouts, and the turf field. Project Manager Lance Whitehead, Kylie Mason from Sebago Technics and Mark Nicholls, president of TurfIndustry, will be available to answer questions about the artificial turf competition field and various infill options. The public is invited to attend.

Junior Fighting Spirit to hold 2-day clinic

In conjunction with the announcement of the L/A Junior Fighting Spirit Tier 4 House Development Program, The Junior Fighting Spirit would like to invite players and parents to join them on Friday April 3 & Saturday 4 for free skill development clinics. This two-day clinic is open to all Tier 4 players. Pre-registration is required and space will be limited to just 40 skaters per time slot.

New Hampshire Fighting Spirit Head Coach Rod Simmons & Skating Instructor Lisa Simmons will join their amazing coaching staff as on ice instructors during the Skill Development Clinic. Come see firsthand the most progressive teaching techniques and specialized training that your player will receive in our program.
