WELLS — The Wells Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between May 16 and May 29:
• David Garrity, 56, of 18 Spicebush Drive, Wells, was arrested for violating conditions of release and violation of a protective order at 7:52 a.m. May 16. Garrity posted $300 cash bail and was released. He was given a June 20 court date at York District Court.
• Rebecca Ball, 24, of 7 Bates St., Sanford, was summonsed at 1:32 p.m. May 16 for failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident after a complaint of a hit-and-run crash at a local bank, causing property damage, earlier that morning. She was given a July 18 court date at York District Court.
• Shaun Barry, 26, of 1302 Arboretum Way, Burlington, Massachusetts, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating without a license after a traffic stop for speed on Post Road at 1:52 a.m. May 18. Barry’s cash bail was set at $600 and he was not to be released until 8:00 a.m. that day. He was transported to the York County Jail in Alfred and given a July 18 court date at York District Court.
• John Randall, 70, of 59 Pleasant St. Apt. C, Sanford, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for a probation violation at 7:04 a.m. May 18. Randall was transported to the York County Jail.
• A male juvenile from Wells was summonsed for operating an ATV on a public way after a traffic crash on Bragdon Road at 4:49 p.m. May 20. He was given a July 18 court date at York District Court.
• Alicia Butts, 37, of 50 Two Rod Road, Scarborough, was arrested for operating under the influence following a traffic stop for speed on Sanford Road at 1:23 a.m. May 21. Butts was released on her own personal recognizance and given a July 18 court date at York District Court.
• Robert Condon, 45, of 3 West Pine St. #2, Plaistow, New Hampshire was arrested for criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after a trespassing complaint at a local campground at 9:05 a.m. May 23. Condon was unable to post the $200 cash bail and was released and given a July 18 at York District Court.
• Jessica Briggs, 41, of 1368 Post Rd., Wells, was summonsed for operating with a suspended license following a traffic stop on Post Road at 11:28 p.m. May 23. She was given an Aug. 22 court date at York District Court.
• Edward Hurrinus, of 1 Shawmut Ave. Sanford, was arrested for operating after habitual Offender revocation after a traffic stop on Post Road at 12:17 p.m. May 24. Hurrinus was unable to post $750 cash bail and was transported to the York County Jail. He was given an Aug. 22 court date at York District Court.
• Paula Roberts, 50, of 12 Sunset Drive, Somersworth, New Hampshire was summonsed for failing to stop for an officer after a traffic stop on North Berwick Road at 9:40 p.m. Friday. She was given an Aug. 22 court date at York District Court.
• Dennis Letourneau, 61, of 546 South St. Biddeford, was arrested for operating under the influence following a traffic stop on Post Road at 11:22 p.m. Friday. Letourneau was released on his own personal recognizance and given an Aug. 22 court date at York District Court.
• Angelo McTier, 28, of 460 Wire Road, Wells, was arrested for operating after habitual revocation for two priors after a traffic stop on Meetinghouse Road at 11:50 p.m. Friday. McTier was released on his own personal recognizance and given a July 7 court date at Alfred Superior Court.
• Anthony Dalrymple, 27, of 45 Amherst Drive, Derry, New Hampshire was arrested for domestic violence assault and criminal mischief after a complaint at a local hotel at 3:36 a.m. Saturday. Dalrymple was unable to post $300 cash bail and was transported to the York County Jail. He was given an Aug. 22 court date at York District Court.
• Robert Demarre, 58, of 3 Belleglade Ave., Kennebunkport, was arrested for operating under the influence following a traffic stop on Port Road at 10:12 p.m. Saturday. Demarre was released on his own personal recognizance and given an Aug. 22 court date at York District Court.
• Kym Donnellan, 51, of 12 Cedar St., Wenham, Massachusetts, was arrested for operating under the influence and violating conditions of release after a driving complaint and subsequent traffic stop on Harbor Road at 8:45 a.m. Sunday. Donnellan posted $300 cash bail and was released. She was given a July 18 court date at York District Court.
• David Ball, 31, of 183 Royal Heights, Wells, was summonsed for operating with a suspended registration at 3:10 p.m. Sunday. He was given an Aug. 22 court date at York District Court.
• Michael D’Ambrosio, 46, of 112 Main St., Canton, Maine, was summonsed for attaching false plates after a traffic stop for speed on Sanford Road at 8:17 p.m. Monday. He was given an Aug. 22 court date at York District Court.
• Micaela Wright, 19, of 32 James St., Wells, was summonsed for operating with a suspended registration after a traffic stop on Forest Lane at 10:30 p.m. Monday. She was given an Aug. 22 court date at York District Court.
