STANDISH — The following students were recently inducted as members of the Delta Epsilon Sigma National Honor Society at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine: Gregory Durgin, of Hollis Center, a senior nursing major; and Mario Lemieux, of Biddeford, a junior business administration and accounting major.

Delta Epsilon Sigma is a national scholastic honor society for students of colleges and universities with a Catholic tradition. It was founded in 1939 to recognize academic accomplishments, to foster scholarly activities and to encourage a sense of intellectual community among its members. Membership is based on leadership, service and superior achievement in the student’s academic program.
