BIDDEFORD — An arson fire in Biddeford is now being investigated as a homicide after one of the victims has died.
Michael Moore, 23, died Friday afternoon at a hospital, according to Maine Public Safety Spokesman Steve McCausland.
Moore was one of two men pulled unconscious from the building early Thursday. His roommate, James Ford, 21, remains in critical condition. They were rescued from a third floor apartment.
McCausland said this morning the investigation by the Staet Fire Marshal’s office and State Police continues.
