Ferry Beach Park Association will be hosting an old-fashioned family barbecue picnic on Saturday, Aug. 30 from 4-8 p.m. The event will feature live music by Downeast Soul Coalition and a BYOB barbecue. Activities will include family games with prizes such as a pie-eating contest, water-balloon toss, three-legged races, watermelon relays, and more.
