BIDDEFORD —  Maine Repertory Theater’s American Chamber of Comedy premiere production “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Improv” closes tonight with a 9 p.m. performance.

Maine Rep is located in the Pepperell Mill complex at 40 Main St., Building 13. To get to the theater, enter the doors to the left of Portland Pie.

Tickets are $12 for cash and credit card purchases over the phone. Tickets are also available online for $15. The show is best suited for adult audiences.

Two percent of ticket sales will be donated to Habitat for Humanity, and another 2 percent will be donated to Volunteers of America. Theater patrons are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to be donated to local food pantries.

The theater will be holding auditions to add to the current ensemble of improvisers and sketch comedy performers on Sunday, Jan. 6 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the theater. Interested performers are asked to show up to begin at 1 p.m. and plan to remain until 3 p.m. Doors will open at 12:30 p.m.
