
She was born in Sanford on March 7, 1925, a daughter of the late Fernand and Laura (Vermette) Langlais.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Emile Lantagne, as well as her brothers and sisters.
She is survived by: her son, Robert Fortin and his wife, Anita of Shapleigh; grandchildren, John Fortin, Emile Fortin, Tammy Roberts, as well as seven great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish, Notre Dame Church, Springvale. Burial will be in the spring at St. Ignatius Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home, 29 Winter St., Sanford.
