ARUNDEL — Paul “Pop” Montpas, 78, died peacefully on Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Cindy Lachance and a brother, Raymond “Moe” Montpas.
Paul is survived by: his wife of 41 years, Luanne Montpas of Arundel; two daughters, Peggy Thibault and husband, Daniel of Biddeford and Kerry Hyde and husband, Ethan of North Waterboro; one son, David Montpas and his partner, Brenda of Biddeford; five grandchildren, Merit Champagne, Jeffery Thibault, Kimberly Laverriere, Colby Hyde, and Nicole Montpas; three great-grandchildren, Casey, Haley and Claire; two brothers, Renald Montpas of Myrtle Creek, Oregon and Robert Montpas of Biddeford; and one sister, Priscilla Petrin and husband, Roger of Waterboro.
