BIDDEFORD — The Better Breathers Club of Southern Maine is open to anyone interested in learning more about pulmonary disease and improving their quality of life. Smallgroup sessions allow participants to share experiences and learn in a comfortable and caring environment. The group is free. Sessions are held from 1:15- 2:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at Southern Maine Health Care Physicians, 9 Healthcare Drive, Biddeford. For more information, call 283-7789.
