BIDDEFORD — Southern Maine Health Care’s “Be Tobacco Free” program is a comprehensive four-week course designed to offer tobacco users all the information and tools required to become tobacco-free. Certified tobacco treatment specialists will offer insights into smoking habits, stress and the relationship stress has to smoking, as well as nicotine replacement options available. Ongoing support is also valuable in guiding the tobacco user to become tobacco free. All sessions are individualized. This group is free. Sessions are held in the Cardiopulmonary Gym at Southern Maine Health Care Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Drive, Biddeford.
