From the Journal Tribune: “With a $1.58 million check in hand, Goodall Hospital has dropped its civil suit against the state Department of Heath and Human Services. The suit, filed by Goodall Hospital in York County Superior Court in February, had asked the court to order the state to reimburse the facility for providing care for MaineCare patients for fiscal year 2014.”
