KENNEBUNKPORT — On Jan. 22 at 3:20 p.m., Stanley Dias, 62, of Kennebunkport, was charged with failure to display a current/valid certificate of inspection after the above violation was observed on North Street.
KENNEBUNKPORT — On Jan. 23 at 9:50 a.m., Nathan Wescott, 23, of Cape Porpoise, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle (30to150days)afterhe was stopped for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on North Street.

— On Jan. 21 at 9:05 p.m., Casey Christensen, 37, of 3 Geargetown Court, Yarmouth, was charged with failure to obtain a state of Maine driver’s license after he was stopped for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on North Street. Christensen is due to appear at the Biddeford District Court on March 23.
Burn permit violations
KENNEBUNKPORT — On Jan. 11 at 4:58 p.m., Evan Dolbee, 36, of East Waterboro, was charged with failure to comply with conditions of out-of-doors burn permit, after officers responded to an unattended burn on Winter Harbor Road. Dolbee is due to appear at the Biddeford District Court on March 9.
