The Wells and Old Orchard Beach field hockey teams battled throughout the game, but it was the Warriors getting a goal in overtime to take a 1-0 win.
Takara McDermott scored the gamewinner for Wells in the extra period.
Both teams combined for more than 10 shots on goal.
“Both teams played hard,” said OOB coach Shauna Regan.
