In the Oct. 23 excerpt of “The Book on Paul Lepage,” The Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting incorrectly repor ted the name of the state auditor responsible for a state audit released Dec. 21, 2012. The auditor was Neria Douglass.
CLARIFICATION: A woman’s information erroneously sent to a Woolwich man (“Patient gets record; not just his,” Oct. 22, page A1) is considered a detailed invoice or itemized bill, not a “detailed patient record.”
