Arrests
James M. Rollins, 27, of 20 Cushing St., Apt. 2, Brunswick, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. Sept. 29 at that address on a Kennebec County Superior Court warrant for failure to pay fines from an earlier infraction.
Lucas L. Creamer, 33, of 217 North St., Bath, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. Sept. 28 on Bath Road on a Kennebec County Superior Court warrant for probation revocation.
Paul Oleston II, 23, of 594 Middlesex Road., Topsham, was arrested at 3:22 a.m. Sept. 28 at 75 Mill St., charged with domestic violence assault and taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland.
William Alfred Costa III, 22, of 239 Casco Road., Brunswick, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. Sept. 28 on Bath Road and charged with operating while intoxicated.
Kayla L. Beaulieu, 23, of 49 Cumberland St., Brunswick, was arrested at 10:02 pm. Sept. 27 on Dunning Street and charged with violation of a protection order, violating conditions of release and unlawful drug possession.
Anndrea A. Austin, 21, of 12 Rush Trailer Park, Brunswick, was arrested at 8:22 p.m. Sept. 22 and charged with domestic violence assault.
Christopher L. Lord, 21, of 28128 Pacific Coast Highway, Apt. 135, Malibu, Calif., was arrested at 12:58 a.m. Sept. 22 at Longfellow Avenue and South Street and charged with operating while intoxicated.
Jeremy G. Thompson, 25, of 29 Winter St., Topsham, was arrested at 7:16 p.m. Sept. 16 on U.S. Route 1 on an outstanding warrant from Topsham police for failure to appear in court. Thompson also was charged with operating while license is suspended or revoked and possession of marijuana.
Dale Havens, 34, transient, Brunswick, was arrested at 4:23 a.m. Sept. 16 on Swett Street and charged with criminal mischief, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and violating conditions of release.
Mackenzy Saint Paulin, 34, of 77 Grant St., Apt. B24, Portland, was arrested at 12:22 a.m. Sept. 15 on Maine Street on a warrant from Westbrook police stemming from a previous charge of operating after suspension.
Summonses
Lorraine A. Madeiros, 54, of 57 Pleasant St., Apt. 13, Brunswick, was issued a summons at 3:17 p.m. Sept. 29 at that address and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Marin J. Fosdick, 40, of 76 Moosemeadow Lane, Waldoboro, was issued a summons at 10:38 a.m. Sept. 28 at Indrani’s, Maine Street, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking.
