PORTLAND (AP) — A charter school in Portland has failed another inspection less than three weeks before it’s scheduled to open.

City inspectors have cited electrical and fire safety issues at the Baxter Academy charter school.

The building failed two previous inspections on Aug. 12 and in July because of fire safety related issues.
