RANGELEY 3 RICHMOND 14
RANGELEY — Matt Rines homered and Richmond took advantage of seven Rangeley errors to beat the Lakers in a Class D South clash on Tuesday.
The Bobcats (7-0) only had three hits — Damian Little doubled — but they used the Lakers’ (6-3) miscues to score nine runs in the third, four more in the fourth and one in the fifth to end the game after five innings.
Zach Small allowed just one hit — a Bo Beaulieu triple.
Beaulieu started the game for the Lakers, then gave way to Cal Crosby in the fourth. Crosby started the game behind the plate.
