Shannon J. Adams, 40, of Wiscasset, guilty of displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate, $200 fine, for an incident in West Bath on March 28.
Christopher A. Archibald, 21, of Waterboro, guilty of speeding 30+ mph over the limit, $300 fine, for an incident in Freeport on March 9.
Tarl Bailey, 40, of Brunswick, charges of theft and harvesting shellfish without a license were transferred to Superior Court for incidents in Brunswick on Sept. 15, 2011 and March 23, 2013.
Stephen G. Beaulieu, 19, of Brunswick, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended for 90 days; guilty of aggravated operation of a vehicle after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 6 months in jail; a charge of theft was dismissed, for an incident in Bath on Dec. 11, 2012.
Emily R. Berg, 28, of Bowdoin, guilty of operating under the influence with one prior, seven days in jail stayed until June 17, $700 fine, license suspended three years; guilty of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, seven days in jail stayed until June 17, $700 fine, license suspended for one year, for an incident in Brunswick on March 18.
Amanda S. Bernier, 30, of Brunswick, a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended was dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on March 29.
Tracey Bernier, 41, of Bowdoin, probation revoked for parole violation on a domestic violence charge, six months in jail, for an incident in Bowdoin on Aug. 23, 2012.
Dean G. Berry II, 34, of Topsham, probation revoked for a parole violation on a charge of operating under the influence, 80 days in jail, for an incident in Topsham on Feb. 21, 2012.
David L. Blackwell, 20, of Topsham, fishing without a valid license, $100 fine, for an incident in Bowdoinham on April 18.
Shannon J. Blaich, 44, of Brunswick, a charge of domestic violent assault was transferred to Superior Court for an incident in Brunswick on March 13.
Troy A. Bois, 31, of Bowdoinham, guilty of operating a vehicle while license suspended, $250 fine, for an incident in Topsham on April 22.
Tara L. Bouchard, 26, of Bangor, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, $350 fine, 30 hours of community service, for an incident in Topsham on Feb. 11.
Tracey L. Bouchard, 25, of Brunswick, a charge of theft was transferred to Superior Court for an incident in Brunswick on March 3.
Shane J. Bourgault, 26, of Orono, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in Topsham on March 7.
Raymond E. Bourgoin, 46, of Brunswick, a charge of theft was transferred to Superior Court for an incident in Brunswick on April 4.
Ryan J. Briere, 26, of Topsham, a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, for an incident in Bath on March 22.
Wayne Richard Broderick, 42, of South Portland, a charge of possession of marijuana up to 1 1/2 ounce was dismissed for an incident in Topsham on Feb. 9.
Jennifer Brosman, 33, of Freeport, guilty by default of possession of marijuana up to 1 1/2 ounce, $350 fine, for an incident in Topsham on March 12.
Nichole M. Brown, 25, of Naples, guilty of theft, two counts, $200 in fines for incidents in Freeport on March 6 and March 17.
Keith Brunelle, 45, of Brunswick, a charge of operating under the influence, one prior, was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on March 10.
Gregg Buczkowski, 53, of Woolwich, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in Topsham on March 16.
Joshua Burgess, 22, of Litchfield, guilty of indecent conduct and violating condition of release, unconditionally discharged; guilty of domestic violence assault, five months in jail, all suspended, two years probation for an incident in Bowdoinham on Dec. 9, 2012.
Brian C. Cadorette, 29, of Leeds, guilty of theft, 36 hours in jail; guilty of violating condition of release, 36 hours in jail, for an incident in Brunswick on Feb. 21.
Gwendolyn Cardette, 38, of Yarmouth, a charge of endangering the welfare of a child was transferred to Superior Court for an incident in Brunswick on Feb. 14.
Nicholas Cardone, 23, of Brunswick, a charge of operating under the influence was transferred to Superior Court for an incident in Brunswick on March 3.
Jason Day, 20, of Brunswick, a charge of assault was transferred to Superior Court for an incident in Brunswick on July 12, 2012.
Brittany K. Dickson, 23, of Boothbay, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended for 90 days; a separate charge of operating under the influence was dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on March 17.
Shawn C. Dittrich, 31, of Woolwich, guilty by default on two charges of allowing a dog to be at large, in Woolwich, March 15 and March 17, $100 in fines.
Kenneth Douglas, 31, of Topsham, guilty by default of possession of marijuana up to 1 1/2 ounces, $350 fine; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on March 29.
