Richard C. LeTourneau Jr., 47, of Topsham, guilty of assault, sentenced to a fine of $300; guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to a fine of $500, 48 hours in Cumberland County jail, stayed until May 17, license suspended for 90 days, for an incident in Brunswick on Dec. 24, 2012.
Kyle Lockwood, 22, of Brunswick, a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume alcohol was dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on Sept. 28, 2012.
Heather Manson, 30, of Boothbay Harbor, violated probation for a theft by deception incident in Brunswick on Jan. 2, 2009, sentenced to 2 years in Cumberland County jail, all but 90 days suspended, probation of 2 years, and $1,660 in restitution.
Stephen Messina, 22, of Brunswick, a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume alcohol was dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on Sept. 28, 2012.
