BATH — The University of Maine at Augusta CIS 131 Web Applications course will be offered this fall at University College at Bath- Brunswick as a traditional on-site class.

Adjunct faculty Lynne Sanford will teach Tuesdays, 4 to 6:45 p.m. starting Sept. 3.

A practical, hands-on introduction to the design and development of a web site, this course introduces students with little to no experience in web scripting to the concepts, syntax and structure of XHTML.

The school is located in the Midcoast Center for Higher Education, 9 Park St.
