TOPSHAM — Irene Eleanor Chapman, 87, of Topsham, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 8, 2015, with her son Michael by her side. Irene would like to say thanks to very special caregivers Melanie, Debby, Marsha, Cathy, and Hospice for all the ways you showed you cared; for guiding, and for being there.
