
What single activity can connect you to nature, enhance skills of observation, incorporate science, writing, math and art and promote mindfulness, reflection, self-expression and inner calm? The answer is nature journaling, and any age and skill level can do it.
Learn how to keep a nature journal at Topsham Public Library’s Nature Journaling Workshop at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 6. Enjoy nature and gain a deeper understanding of the natural world. Paper and writing materials will be provided, but you may bring your own journal or notebook if you like.
