BRUNSWICK — Greater Brunswick PeaceWorks needs community-nominated candidates for its annual Peace- Maker award, to be announced at the Peace Fair on Saturday, Aug. 3.
Individuals or groups are eligible for nomination. This year’s Peace Fair theme is “Children Ask the World of Us.”
To suggest a worthy recipient, send a brief description about a person or group helping shift the culture to one in which all children can thrive.
Recent PeaceWorks Awardees include John Dennen, Jonathan Reitman and the Mid-Coast Hunger Prevention Project.
Nominations are due June 30, and should be sent to Amanda Similien at [email protected].
