BOSTON (AP) — The Minnesota Twins game at the Boston Red Sox was postponed on Monday because of wet grounds and a forecast of heavy rain during the day.

The game will be made up Wednesday as a day-night doubleheader.

The Red Sox are 22-29 and enter the series against the Twins on a three-game losing streak.

The Twins are 30-19 and enter the day in first place in the American League Central with a 30-19 record.

The Twins swept a threegame series between the teams at Target Field last week.
