WISCASSET — Authorities arrested a Bowdoin man on two charges Dec. 14.
Benjamin M. Reed, 25, faces a charge of failure to pay a fine. Lincoln County Sheriff ’s Deputy Brian Collamore took Reed to Two Bridges Regional Jail, were Deputy Mark Anderson charged him with a protection-from-abuse violation.
