TOPSHAM — The Mt. Ararat Middle School eighthgrade boys basketball team took on Bath Middle School for their first home game of the season on Monday.
The Eagles came out strong out of the gate and racked up a lot of transition points early in the game, and continued to play a good basketball game throughout en route to a 57-10 win.
Haven Cutko lead the Eagles with 12 points. Kyle Brown chipped in with eight points, and Cameron Cox had seven points to lead Mt. Ararat.
Elliot Bowie shot well from the outside, and Jacob Steinman played some hustle defense getting a bunch of steals and rebounds to translate into fastbreak points for Mt. Ararat.
