BRUNSWICK
What do today’s young people think about the environmental challenges facing our world?
Students from three local high schools will speak on the environment during the 2013 Students Speak Environmental Youth Forum on Thursday, April 25 at Curtis Memorial Library.
This year’s Students Speak will again feature three students each from Mt. Ararat, Morse, and Brunswick high schools; and will be moderated by a Bowdoin College environmental studies student, followed by an audience question and answer period. The event will run from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the library’s Morrell Meeting Room.
The public is invited to this free event, organized by Three Churches Earth Care.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
