
She owned and operated Picture Barn for 24 years. Following retirement, she worked in daycare at Dover Bethany U.M. Church. Janice was a member of Shiloh American Legion Post 791 Ladies Auxiliary and West Manchester VFW Post 7374 Ladies Auxiliary. She loved to play cards, bingo, and slot machines, along with going to parties and dances. Nothing brought her more happiness than her family and friends — they were her most valuable treasures in life.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children, David J. Heisey and wife, Lisa, and Julie M. Giblin and husband, Perry, all of Dover; a grandson, David L. Heisey and wife, Danielle; great-grandchildren, Haley Marie and Austin James Heisey; and an adopted daughter, Kim Hake, husband, Chris and their sons, Bobby and Christopher. She was preceded in death by a brother, Edgar E. Wilson.
