(January 29, 1941 – March 3, 2017)

Phillip Joseph Robshaw “Gramps” had unexpectedly passed away on his way to the hospital on Friday, March 3, 2017 at the age of 76 by a long battle of COPD and natural causes.

Phillip was born in Bath, Maine on the 29th day of January in 1941. Phillip is the son of Woodrow Burnham and Dorothy Robshaw. Phillip had enlisted into the USMC on January 28, 1960 and served one term and was honorably discharged and received the Good Conduct Medal with the rank of Private First Class in August of 1960.

On December 3, 2011, Phillip married Mary E. Brooks and they made their home in Woolwich, Maine. Phillip enjoyed spending time with family which was very important to him, as well as ice fishing and scratching tickets which he did all the time.

 
 
Phillip is survived by his 4 children, Mary Anne P. Mac- Donald and husband Neil MacDonald, Philip J. Bartlett, Donna L. Robshaw, and Lee Anne E. Terry and husband Eric Terry. Also his 6 grandchildren, Mary Ruth K. Robshaw, Kateryna M. MacDonald with partner Brian Gauthier, Brittany M. Lasley, Tyler S. Terry, Crystal M. Leavitt and Ethan C. Terry. He also had 5 great grandchildren, Jaelynn, Braedynn, Luke, Koltynn and Caisynn.

Phillip will be deeply missed and always remembered by his family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
