BRUNSWICK — Gabe Aucoin and Josh ter Mors both had a double-double to lead the Bath Middle School seventh-grade basketball team to a 48-36 win over Brunswick on Wednesday.
Bath held quarter leads of 20-6, 30-24 and 40-28.
The Destroyers improved to 5-2 on the strength of 17 points and 10 rebounds from Aucoin, and 10 points and 14 boards from ter Mors. Jansen Morrison scored 13 points and Tom Guild played a solid floor game.
Isak Franklin and Connor Manson paced Brunswick (3- 5) with 12 points apiece.
At the free-throw line, Bath was 5-of-12 and the Huskies 4- of-7.
Bath visits Lewiston on Thursday.
