BIDDEFORD (AP) — A Biddeford man accused of running over and killing his mother with his pickup truck during an argument over money has been indicted.
Authorities say 26-year-old Shane Jones was indicted Monday on charges of manslaughter, leaving the scene of a fatal crash, and reckless conduct with a motor vehicle.
Investigators say Shane Jones and 49-year-old Kimberly Jones were arguing over money that the son owed his mother on Nov. 23.

Shane Jones has been held on $50,000 cash bail since his arrest. He has not yet entered a plea. It’s not clear if he has a lawyer. His arraignment has not been scheduled.
