BATH — The Hyde School boys soccer team earned a hard-fought 4-3 win over Berwick Academy on Wednesday.
Ethan Morrow of Hyde opened the scoring in the first minute unassisted, but Berwick answered 10 minutes later.
In the 12th minute, Jamal Frazier Borden found a Morrow feed and converted. Borden returned the favor to Morrow with 26 minutes gone as Hyde jumped out to a 3-1 lead.
Berwick scored on a direct kick late in the second half to draw closer and evened the match in the 75th minute.
With nine minutes remaining, Borden earned a penalty kick, which Morrow converted to close the scoring.

In MAISAD girls soccer action Wednesday, Hebron led in shots 19-4 and got goals from Lilly Bourget (from Lexie Stefekos), Ashley Conrad (Haley Bisson), Bourget (Conrad) and Conrad (Bisson) to down the Phoenix.
Olivia Griffing of Brunswick and Carolyn Moore of Harpswell both had outstanding games for Hyde.
