Arrests
Michael Paul Dalton, 56, of Topsham, was charged on a warrant out of York District Court for unpaid fines, after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Mason and Maine streets at 11:07 a.m. Jan. 2.
Cameron Lee Neal, 46, of Brunswick, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after police received a complaint of shoplifting at Rite Aid on Maine Street Jan. 2 at 3:32 p.m. According to police, Neal was charged again on the following day with theft after police received a complaint at Hannaford on Elm Street at 11:24 a.m. Neal was also charged with violating conditions of his release.
Josiah J. Thiboutot, 30, of Brunswick, was charged on a warrant out of Augusta District Court for unpaid fines at the Brunswick Police Station at 9:36 p.m. Jan. 4.
Jason Ray Munsey, 33, of Topsham, was charged on several counts after police noted suspicious activity occurring around vehicles parked near the intersection of Mill and Cushing streets at 1:24 a.m. Jan. 5. Munsey was charged on two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs after police found cocaine, hydrocodone, and and promethazine allegedly in his possession, according to police. He was also charged with violating the conditions of his release, and on a warrant out of Cumberland County for failing to appear in court, said police. He was transported to Cumberland County Jail.

Aurthur D. King, 26, of Bath, was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Pleasant Street and Westminster Avenue at 7:57 a.m. Dec. 29.
Christopher Hopkins, 33, of Lewiston, was charged with operating with a suspended registration after a motor vehicle stop on Pleasant
Street at 9:51 a.m. Dec. 30.
Aimee E. Bermudez, 29, of Scarborough, was charged with failing to register a vehicle after a motor vehicle stop near the Salvation Army on Pleasant Street at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 1.
Bridget Adele Murphy, 32, of Harpswell, was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license on Maine Street at 9:41 a.m. Jan. 2.
Cody J. Yelland, 20, of Bath, was charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia after a motor vehicle stop on Bath Road near Skillins Greenhouse at 11:54 p.m. Jan 2.
