ROSWELL, GA. — Richard “Dick” Moses, 88, of Roswell, Georgia, passed away on Nov. 14, 2016. Visitation will be on Nov. 18 from noon to 2 p.m. with the funeral service to follow. The services to take place at Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Road, Roswell. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
