Visiting Hours celebrating Arthur’s life will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, January 6, 2017, at the Conroy
Tully Walker South Portland Chapel, 1024 Broadway, South Portland. A funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. in the chapel.
