FARMINGTON — Former Freeport High School standout Victor Skorapa competed in the State of Maine Cross Country Championships, hosted by UMaine- Farmington on Saturday.
The Mariner men finished eighth, with Skorapa finishing in 31:24.
In the women’s race, MMA’s Alice Stenquist of Bath completed the course in 31:47. Maine Maritime was 10th out of 11 teams in the event.
Maine Maritime returns to action in two weeks at the North Atlantic Conference Championships at Castleton State in Vermont.
