The Mt. Ararat High School boys jayvee soccer squad took on the Brewer Witches and came out with a 3-0, shutout victory. Evan Thibeault scored the Eagles first goal off a pass from Gavin Paterson. Devon Hoskens and Cole Kelly also scored with Nick Merrill credited with the assist on Kelly’s goal.
Thomas Dau, Gage Palmer, Nick Breed, Ryan Reny, Joey Reed, Sam Aseltine and Jacob Laurence were all noted for strong play throughout the game.
With the win the Eagles are now 8-2-2 on the season and will host Hampden Academy on Friday.
